I have checked website of Maharashtra Chief Information Commissioner's many times. I have observed that CIC does not update information on website. There is back dated information relating to Appeal Status,Decision of CIC, Govt. Circulars, Compaint Status. CIC doesn't updated Information since December 2008.
As per Section 4 of RTI Act CIC must have share latest information with general public.
I have complained about this to State Chief Information Commissioner at Mumbai. But, no action taken on this.
